No doubt you have heard of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.  These are the Four Horsemen of Revelation 6 that are supposed to bring destruction, plagues, and death upon the earth during a seven-year tribulation period at the end of time.  This interpretation is almost universal in Christendom today, but is this interpretation correct?  While there is just a smidgen of truth to this, it only serves to take you further down a road you don’t want to be on, one that takes you to a dead-end; literally.  What you will discover by reading the rest of this article will open your eyes and let the light shine in.  So much so, that you will see the Book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ in a whole new light.

For starters, even the word “apocalypse” has acquired a definition that is quite different from the definition it once held only a hundred years ago.  It is quite probable, although this probably can’t be proven, the meaning of this word changed over time because of the reputation attributed to these four horsemen.

The first text box in this chapter shows the current day definition of apocalypse as given in the Oxford English Dictionary. As you can see, the present-day definition is all about damage, destruction, and catastrophe.

The second text box from Webster’s 1913 English Dictionary is entirely different than the current day dictionaries.  It mentions nothing about damage or destruction.  It is all about uncovering or disclosing of information such as in a declaration or revelation.  By definition, the best example is the Book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ.  The Apocalypse is actually an alternate name sometimes used for The Book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ.  As you might expect, it is mostly used by the elderly among us.

The word Apocalypse describes exactly what will be taking place as you read this chapter.  We are going to reveal to you the REAL identity of these Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.  Once you understand their identity, you will be able to uncover and discover a lot more of the treasures packed into the Book of Revelation.  There is no doubt these treasures are much more valuable than fine gold!  You can’t see them now, but after you understand their identity, it will make a great deal more of the Book of Revelation come to light.  You will be able to see just how far off the mark our current day Bible Prophecy teaching is, guaranteed!

As was indicated earlier, this interpretation of the 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse is going to be quite different than anything you have ever read before.   What you are about to read should establish the fact Islam is the antichrist of end times Bible Prophecy.  Almost everyone thinks of antichrist as being one evil guy that comes to power as a man of peace, but that guy is just one small part of the bigger picture Islam.  The standard teaching is that He will make a peace treaty with Israel and break it after 3½ years, but nothing could be further from the truth.

First, the antichrist is not just one man, nor is it a man at all.  It’s the worship of a false god, a false religion.  The best way to understand the antichrist is to think of Christ and everything about Him, which includes all He said and did and even the things He said He would do in the future.  The antichrist will be similar in almost every aspect you can think of, but at the same time be the exact opposite of Christ.  Here are some examples which we will demonstrate to you through these Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.

Christ is the REAL Savior and King and Cornerstone of the true church.  The false profit that Christ warned us about will also be the leader of a large false religion that will be antichrist.  Christ will rule for 1000 years during the time of His Millennial Kingdom.  Antichrist will reign for more than 1,000 years: from the opening of the first seal, which was Mohamed, to the end of the time for which they were prepared.  This will be proven by an exact day to exact day prophecy that spans 1395 years and 15 days as given in Revelation 9.15.  Christ during his reign will bring peace to earth and goodwill toward men; while antichrist during his reign will take peace from the earth and bring nearly 14 centuries of war, strife, and death.  Christ was perfect in all His ways, and His ministry was 3½ years.  The Man of Sin, who is Satan in the Flesh, will be corrupt in all his ways and will rule his dominion for 3½ years.  Christ came to seek and to save that which was lost.  Antichrist (Islam) came to seek out and kill those who are saved.  By seeing these similarities and anti traits, you will be able to see and know things that will help to understand more clearly the Word of God and the things which are happening during these last of the last days.

The Christian of today is offered a lot of false information regarding Bible Prophecy.  What you are about to read should go a very long way to dispel many of these teachings, because everything is going to fit in place perfectly, and everything which you are about to read regarding these four horsemen has already happened.  While most of Christendom is waiting for this portion of scripture to happen, everything regarding these four horsemen is prophecy already fulfilled, so why should it be doubted unless you are capable of changing history?

Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.

You have probably heard politicians say while addressing audiences after a horrible Islamic terror attack, “We all worship the same God.”  It sounds so lovely, and many Christians and Muslims love to hear it, but nothing could be further from the truth!  The God of the Christian has a son, but the god of Islam has no son.  In fact, the only sin in Islam that is unforgivable is called shirk.  You commit this sin when you say, “Jesus Christ is the son of God.”  So from what the Apostle John tells us, Islam is the spot-on definition of antichrist given in this verse.  If one spent the time it would take to read the Quran and the Bible, it would quickly become evident they do not have the same author.  Islamic teachings are the TOTAL OPPOSITE, and anti-Christian making them antichrist.  It is this very same religion that God uses to fulfill most of the prophecy in the book of The Revelation of Jesus Christ.  It is through the understanding of this false religion that we can tell exactly where we are on our Lord’s timeline as revealed to us in His Word.  We can say this because almost every prophecy of time in the Word of God relates to Islam or Islamic events in some way, shape, or form.  Our Glorious Lord uses the very same people that say He doesn’t exist to fulfill His Word!

We are about to meet four of the most mysterious characters in the Bible, the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.  There have been many different interpretations written on the mystery surrounding these four horsemen, but you have not read any like the one you are about to read.  Unlike the others, this article will provide you with the actual identities of each one of these horsemen.  Once you understand who these four horsemen REALLY are, it will be possible and advantages for you to learn a great deal more about them.  In this commentary, we will provide you their names, their date of birth, (except the white horse) the length of time they served as Islamic leaders, and the information needed to understand what the Word of God is telling us.  By knowing the REAL identity of these four horsemen, it is even possible to determine the exact date each one of these first four seals was opened.  If you now think this is just a bunch of hogwash or your mind is filled with doubt, please be patient and open your heart, you will see how everything fits perfectly, like only a Great God that knows the end from the beginning could do.

You are about to meet the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, but before we introduce them to you, let’s take a look at a few Bible verses that give credibility to the observation that these Four Horsemen are members of the Islamic community. Let’s also take a look at how this shows previous interpretations that are widely accepted and taught need to be reconsidered by those teaching them as well as those that believe them.

Who is the Biblical False Profit of whom Christ Warned Us?

²³ Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. ²⁴ For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. ²⁵ Behold, I have told you before. ²⁶ Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.

Notice in this portion of scripture, our Lord tells us where to look for this false Christ.  There is only one false messiah that ever came out of the desert, and he was the architect of the world’s 2nd largest religion.  His name was Mohamed.  It is also worth noting that Muslims are supposed to visit Mecca at least once during their lifetime.  This trip is called the Hajj, which in Arabic means pilgrimage.  In verse 26, we find Christ telling and warning them “go not forth” or don’t go there.  Christ gave this warning more than 500 years before Mohamed was even born, and 500 plus years before the proclamation that Muslims should visit the Mosque in Mecca at least once during their lifetime.

Who Else in The World Still Uses Beheading?

And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshiped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

Islam is the only religion that cuts off your head as a form of capital punishment.  You are also considered worthy of losing your head if you will not convert to their religion.  Islam has taken great pleasure in cutting off people’s heads since its inception. Islam is the only religion that will cut off your head and believe they are doing a good deed.  In Islam, judgment is carried out by man and not by Allah.  Islam started performing beheadings and crucifixions with Mohamed and does so right up to the current time. Are you aware of other religions that are not Satanic where its members kill one another?

Who Leaves Their Victims Bodies Lie in the Streets?

⁹ And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves. ¹⁰ And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.

Muslims desecrate the bodies of their enemies. They drag dead bodies through the streets, they leave them to lie in the streets, and then they love to celebrate the death of the enemy by sending gifts to one another. Not too long ago, two Muslims went into a Jewish Synagogue and killed 3 Rabbi by cutting off their heads. Video on the news showed Muslim men, women, and children in Gaza celebrating.  They were dancing in the streets, stopping cars and passing out cupcakes to the people inside, and men were going from small shop to small shop passing out candy.  Tell me what other religion celebrates death and believes everlasting life can be gained and rewarded by taking the life of another?  Evil scenarios such as this have played out over and over again since Islam came into being back in the sixth century, but the vast majority of the non-Islamic world has no idea how evil and how barbaric this cult of Islam is.  Once again, the prophecy stated by the Word of God is 100% accurate.

Who Else Kills in the Name of Their god?

They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.

Can you think of any other religion whose followers will kill a Christian, Jew, or even another Moslem of a different sect, or even the same sect and think they are doing what God has asked them to do?  These are just a few examples of Bible prophecy showing Islam to be the antichrist of the End Times.   When you see how well the Scripture describes and defines these Four Horsemen, you should begin to realize the book of Revelation is not what you once believed it to be.

REVELATION 6 – THE RIDERS

In Revelation chapter 6, we find four different colored horses with riders referred to as The Four Horseman of the Apocalypse.  These four riders bring false religion, war, famine, and death. Many believe these four riders are only symbols of the antichrist and that everything described in these verses takes place in a short period called the Great Tribulation.  That these events take place during the tribulation period is correct, but they do not take place in a tribulation period that is only 3½ or even seven years in duration.  As this chapter will show, the tribulation period of these four horsemen is at least 1,395 years, and the tribulation period our Lord described is probably more like 2000 years in duration.  Here is what our Lord tells us regarding the tribulation His followers will experience.

These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

What He is saying here is that while we are here on earth, we will always have tribulation, which means the actual tribulation period of the church is from the time of Christ to the time he comes to gather us to himself, the Rapture of His Church.  The Great Tribulation, which happens during the Day of the Lord, begins immediately after the Rapture and is only fourteen days in length.  The Book of Revelation reveals what happens on every one of these days in chronological order, but because Christendom does not comprehend the Feasts of the Lord, the book of Revelation remains a complete mystery to them.  What we call tribulation periods are not at all correct, and this can be demonstrated by what Christ said in Matthew 24:29;

²⁹ Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: ³⁰ And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

In the verses preceding this statement, Christ listed nine events that all took place from A.D 70, beginning with the destruction of the second Jewish temple to the time of the rapture. Many will argue with this because they view those events as happening just before the rapture, but ALL of these events have already taken place or are currently taking place.  Even the abomination that brings desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place.  This “abomination that brings desolation” is the Muslim temple Dome of the Rock which currently stands on God’s Holy Mountain, which is also called The Mount of the Congregation.  This sits next to the area where the two Jewish temples once stood.  We can prove this by using the 1290 day prophecy of Daniel 12 together with the 1260 day and 42-month prophecy of Revelation 11.  We will demonstrate and confirm this to you in the coming chapters.

The point here is that Christ foretold events beginning shortly after His life on Earth and included events that bring us up to the present time.  After doing this, He then says, “Immediately after the tribulation of those days.”   This statement reveals the REAL tribulation period to be from the time of Christ to the present.  Furthermore, in Revelation 9, you will see that He named the period of the greatest tribulation there will ever be, and that period was over 1,300 years ago.  Once you understand who these Four Horsemen REALLY are, you will see just how little understanding we have about Bible Prophecy and what Christ was talking about when He spoke of periods of tribulation.

Now let’s take a look at these horses and riders who can be shown to be specific individuals that can be named because the descriptions our Lord gave us are so detailed.  They are all members of the antichrist religion of Islam, with the first rider being the false profit that leads a large part of the world astray, and the last rider being the actual Man of Sin and Satan in the Flesh. They also can be shown to be specific individuals because each is given (allowed) a specific power, with the last rider having the combined powers of the previous three.

You cannot say we didn’t warn you this is going to be quite different than what you were taught and probably believe, so if you have doubts, please double-check Islamic history along with the word definitions provided.  You will find that not only does everything check out, but it all fits in perfectly with the rest of the Bible Prophecy our Lord has provided to us.

THE REAL FOUR HORSEMEN OF THE APOCALYPSE

THE WHITE HORSE

¹ And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see. ² And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.

Chapter 6 opens with Christ, the Lamb and Lion of Judah in Revelation 5, opening the first of seven seals in the book.  One of the four beasts bids John to come and see.  He sees a rider on a white horse that has a bow and then receives a crown, and he goes about doing much conquering.

In many commentaries it is suggested that because this horse is white, the color of purity and the rider has a crown and goes about conquering, it must be Christ.  It’s not very likely, as Christ is the one opening the seals so it’s quite doubtful this would be him.  We can find solid proof this is not Christ among the items he is carrying.  First, the weapon he carries is a bow that is entirely different than what we find Christ carrying. Christ doesn’t carry a weapon but uses the Word of God and the breath of His mouth.  This rider has a bow before he is given a crown, which means he obtained this crown through the battles that he fought.  It should be obvious his battles were both numerous and successful as he went forth conquering and continues to conquer.  In fact, we can say the rider of this white horse has never stopped conquering and still goes about conquering even today.  As you learned previously, Islam teaches they must continually fight until every knee has bowed to Allah.

However, it is the crown this rider is wearing that proves this is not Jesus Christ.  It is the crown this rider wears that reveals to us the true identity of this rider.  Christ has many crowns, but if you go back to the original Greek, you will see that Christ’s crown is a “Diadema,” (Revelation 19:12) or what we call a Diadem. According to Strong’s Greek Dictionary, a Diadema is bound about the head; decorated with costly jewels, and more the type of crown a European king might wear.

The crown this rider is wearing is a more elaborate crown.  The original Greek word used here is Stephanos, and according to Strong’s Greek Dictionary, a “Stephanos” describes a crown that is twisted or wreathed about the head.  Webster’s 1913 Dictionary tells us that wreathe means to revolve about the head.

When you apply both the twisted and wreathed together you do not get what in the past has been passed off as a headpiece worn by Greek and Roman athletes; the Stephanos crown better fits the description of what we call a turban, worn by men of the Levant; which is twisted and revolves about the head.

Note: The Levant is the landmass east of the Mediterranean Sea and includes Syria, Lebanon,   Israel, Jordan, Iraq, and some would include parts of Arabia, Turkey, and Egypt.

Our first rider has a bow, but since it doesn’t say anything about this rider carrying arrows, many commentaries interpret this to mean he will come into power as a man of peace.  That makes no sense whatsoever because a bow is a weapon of war, and there is no getting around it.  Would you call him a man of peace if instead of a bow he carried an unloaded gun?  No!!   A bow is a weapon of war, and that is what this rider is all about.  Since Christ rides a white horse, wears a crown, and is a victorious conqueror; this rider is similar enough to Christ that he has fooled billions of people.  Therefore, if he is not Christ, he must be an imposter and a deceiver.  In fact, the rider of this horse is the 2nd greatest deceiver of all time!  You might even call him the Great Deceiver.  His crown is the crown a Muslim wears, and he fits the description of what Christ warned us about in Mathew 24:26; perfectly!  Almost 2000 years ago, Jesus warned of a false Christ coming out from the desert, and there’s only one man this could be, and his name is Mohamed.  He is the founder of the second-largest religion in the world, which is very antichrist.  It is a religion that teaches there can be no peace until the whole world belongs to Allah.  Muslims believe that they are peaceful and that it’s others who cause war because they will not convert to Islam.  Because of this belief, Islam has been and always will be in a constant state of war (jihad) until the whole world is Allah’s.  If you research world history, you will find that from the time Islam came on the world stage, the world has known practically nothing but war.  From the early 600’s on, there have been constant battles where many men died not to mention the suffering and lives lost because people would not convert to Islam.  Even today, Muslims are killing people in the name of Allah all over the world, but the world pretty much ignores it.  Islam is responsible for more deaths than any other group or World War in history, yet the world is so accepting of Islam that its members are accepted into almost all countries.  Many of the governing bodies of these countries have passed laws making it illegal to say anything negative regarding Islam.  In Revelation chapter 9, our Lord tells us what percentage of lives Islam will be responsible for taking, but we’ll wait until we get to that chapter to reveal it.  So how can anyone call it a Religion of peace?  Revelation 9 gives us even more miraculous proof that these Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse are indeed what you are reading here.

To close our case on Mohamed being the rider of the white horse, here is a very ironic bit of information from the Quran. Quran 33:40 states; “Not is Muhammad (the) father (of) any one of your men but (he is the) Messenger (of) Allah and Seal (of) the Prophets.”

When the Quran calls Mohamed the Seal of the Prophets, it means that he is the last of the prophets.  As we stated earlier, in almost every way, Islam is the opposite of Christianity; it is antichrist.  In this instance, Mohamed is called the Seal or last of the Prophets, but in the Bible, he’s the False Prophet and first of the Seals.

THE RED HORSE

³  And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see. ⁴  And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.

Take notice of the phrases “was given to him” and “was given unto him.”  It is used quite often in this portion of scripture.  It signifies it is a power or ability that God is allowing them to have.  The rider of the red horse is given the power to take peace from the earth.  It also states power was given to him that they should kill one another.  When you stop and think about it, this is a very strange power to be given, but as you will see, this power speaks to internal strife and civil war.  This power is what makes this rider stand out and seal the deal as to the identity of this red horse.  That he was given a great sword means this rider will be responsible for the deaths of a great many people.  It tells us this rider will continue the conquering began by the rider of the White Horse, Mohamed.  Although this Red Horse was given a great sword, the power to kill one another and the power to take peace from the earth, the great sword and these powers did not end with the exiting of the Red Horse.  All of these have remained with Islam over the centuries.  Islam is still causing death and destruction, Muslims are still killing one another, and it is rather obvious they take peace from the Earth where ever they are.

There is no mistaking who the rider of this Red Horse is.  The phrase “and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another:” points directly to one man, and if you are familiar with the history of Islam, this will be quite obvious to you.

Mohamed, before he died mainly conquered and converted the tribes of current day Saudi Arabia, possibly including the present-day countries of Oman and Yemen.  It was the death of Mohamed that caused a big split in Islam.  Mohamed never appointed a successor to lead Islam after he died, and there was no system or process set up to name one.  One group of Muslims (Shiite) believed that Mohamed’s successor should be from the lineage of Mohamed and the other group (Sunni) thought his right-hand man and first convert to Islam, Abu-Bakr, should get the position.  Because of this dispute, the Sunni consider the Shiites to be infidels (unbelievers), and the Shiite’s believe the same about the Sunni.  This hatred is so intense that in the Sunni nations, the Shiites do not count Sunnis as part of the population.  This divide is so great that even to this day, Muslims still war with and kill each other because of it.  Can you think of anyone or any other religion that fits this verse so precisely?  But wait, it gets even better!

Abu-Bakr (Not the Abu Bakr of ISIS) established the first ruling body in Islam and appointed himself the first Khalifa of Islam. Since many opposed him, he began eliminating (permanently) Muslims that were opposed to his authority.  Hence they were given the power to kill one another.  As was previously stated, this hatred (power) is still intense and still on full display, even to this day.

After securing his position as Khalifa within the domain, power was given to Abu-Bakr to take peace from the earth.  Just as this verse tells us, the Muslim conquest now left the confines of Arabia as they made plans and attacked the Byzantine Empire.  The Great Sword refers to all the killing and murder Muslims will be allowed to commit.  As was just stated, Muslims don’t just kill infidels that will not accept Allah; they also kill each other just as our Lord said they would.  These characteristics have been with Islam ever since, and these are among the reasons why Islam cannot be called a religion of peace.  Everywhere you find Islam; you will find strife, not peace.

THE BLACK HORSE

⁵ And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand. ⁶ And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.

The third horse of the apocalypse is black and he represents pestilence and food shortages.  Food shortages were so severe that they drive up the cost of food to the point that it costs an entire day’s wage for the average peasant to buy three measures of barley.  That is as much as it cost the well to do person to purchase wheat.  Pestilence usually follows war, but it also happens during a time of famine, when many people living together are deprived of the nutrition their body needs to fight off disease.  The oils and wines were some of the more luxurious items stored within the walls of the cities of that day.  Wine, besides the obvious use, was also used to purify the drinking water of that time; and the oils had many applications including perfumes and medicines.  Quite often, when a city was under attack and things were looking grim, the occupants of the city would destroy these valuables rather than let them fall into the hands of the enemy.  In this case, they were commanded not to hurt the oil and the wine.

These verses describe the siege of Jerusalem by the Muslims in 636-637 A.D.  This was carried out under the reign of the rider of the Black Horse.  The identity of this third rider is none other than the third ruler and second Caliph of Islam, Umar ibn al-Khattab. He is the black horse even though he did not directly participate in this siege and remained at home until the last minute.

After the Muslims finished their assault on the Byzantine Empire in Syria, their ranks were dwindling, so when they came to Jerusalem, they didn’t have what it takes to assault the city walls.  So instead they laid siege to it and let no people, food or material in or out of the city for more than six months.  It wasn’t until April of 637 A.D. that Sophronius, the Patriarch of Jerusalem surrendered.  There was a significant shortage of food in the city, and it’s this shortage of food that caused the inflation of food prices spoken of in these verses.

Sophronius however, refused to surrender the city to anyone but Umar ibn al-Khattab, the third leader of Islam and rider of this Black Horse, who was still back in Arabia.  The Muslim commander Abu Ubaidah, sent in an imposter to fool Sophronius, but someone in Jerusalem exposed him as a fraud, so Umar ibn al-Khattab the Caliph was forced to travel to Jerusalem to work out a peaceful takeover of Jerusalem.

This type of victory is quite rare in the history of Islam.  Muslims conquered Jerusalem without bloodshed or damage.  Thus all the oil and wine and good things in the city were not hurt, just as our Lord said it would be when He said: “and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.”  To this day it is known in the Muslim world as the Bloodless Victory, and could quite possibly be the only one they have ever known.  After the onset of Islam, there would be no peace on earth.  As verse 4 states, they were given the power to take peace from the earth.  War and famine and death are Islam’s contribution to the world.  Our first three riders are the first three leaders of what would become the 7th beast of Revelation 17, and our last horseman, the Pale Horse, will be the leader of the 8th and final beast.

Just as a side note here: This 3rd horse was by far the hardest of the horseman to discover, and it took quite a bit of patience, prayer, and research before his identity was made known.  However, in retrospect, it should not have been so difficult because whenever you have the number four in the Bible it can almost, if not always, be divided into 3 of one and 1 of another.  In the case of the 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse, you have the first three leaders of Islam in chronological order followed by the last leader. You have the first who was the founder, and false profit, followed by three Caliphs.  There are three horses of color and one that is the absence of color. (Black)

THE PALE HORSE

⁷ And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see. ⁸ And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

“His name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him.” If you were to question anyone that knows anything about Abu-Bakr al-Baghdadi the appointed leader of ISIS and Khalifa of Islam, what first comes to mind when you hear his name; they will probably say “death,” or something related to it.  Almost every time we heard about this Muslim, he was claiming credit for murders his henchmen were committing, or he was putting numerous people to death.  One could also say that it seemed like each time he killed someone it was in a more gruesome or horrific way than the last.  That anyone could be so cruel and merciless came as a shock to many at that time.

This Horseman brings us up to date.  Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi al-Husseini al-Qurashi is the rider of the Pale Horse.  In the Bible, he is a man of many names.  Among the many names the Bible has for him are; the Man of Sin, the Lawless One, the Son of Perdition, the King of Babylon the Assyrian, and many more.  He is literally Satan in the flesh, and he matches every prophecy in the Bible that describes this evil man.  There are so many verses in the Bible that allude to this Man of Sin, that it is hard to believe Christendom still does not see them.  We will not cover them all here, but we will cover enough to prove the point.  Many refer to the Man of Sin, Lawless One, Son of Perdition as a one-man antichrist; and although he could qualify, it is the religion of Islam that he practices this title should be given. Notice how this verse points out that this Man of Sin has been allowed all the powers of the first three horsemen and then some.

“And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth:” The White Horse was a conqueror that conquered many, but this guy is ruler over much, much more than Mohamed ever was.  Being Khalifa of Islam, gave him power over a religion that currently has 1.8 billion members.  Muslims are not to pledge their allegiance to countries, only to Allah and the Khalifa.

1. “To kill with the sword:” This is the power given to the Red Horse.
2. “To kill with hunger:” This was the power given to the Black Horse.

“And with death, and with the beasts of the earth:” The power to kill with death speaks of eternal death which is accomplished by forcing people to convert to Islam.  To kill with the beasts of the earth refers to the jihadists that are spread all over the world and killing by his command in every sort of way he instructs them.  This Man of Sin truly is a killer and best described as DEATH!

With that said, the following is a solid sampling of prophecy that exposes this head of ISIS and Khalifa of Islam as the REAL Man of Sin of whom our Lord warned us.  There is repetition here from the chapter on Revelation 13 because these verses also reveal this Pale Horse to be the Man of Sin. So please excuse some repetition, but it never hurts to refresh the memory!!

Exhibit 1:   THE “LITTLE HORN” OF DANIEL 7

I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.

A horn in Middle East speak is a leader or person in power, such as the leader of a group, army, country, or nation.  That this leader came up among them would suggest a revolt where power or land is taken from the nations where this little horn came up.  The roots would refer to the citizens of the country.  So the “before whom there were three of the first horns (3 leaders) plucked up by the roots” (the people)  means that there will be three leaders removed from power by the people they rule; as opposed to an outside source or another country, before this little horn appears on the scene.  The three leaders tossed out by the citizens (roots) of their countries before this little horn Abu-Bakr al-Baghdadi was to enter the scene were:

1. Hosni Mubarak of Egypt: (Forced out of office February 2nd, 2011)
2. Muammar Gaddafi of Libya: (Forced out and killed October 20th, 2011)
3. Mohamed Morsi of Egypt: (Rule began June 30th, 2012 and forced out  July 3rd, 2013

Daniel 7:8 tells us when to start looking for this little horn.  To make these events stand out to us, Our Lord has given these events a name.  There probably are not many that have not heard it, yet His church is blind to this title because they do not place much importance on Bible prophecy.  Thus there is little effort put into uncovering what our Lord has revealed to us.  Have you not heard the term Arab Spring?  This is the name used to describe this series of Muslim uprisings that lead up to the revealing of the Man of Sin who is Satan in the flesh.

Next, we have verses in Revelation 13, which connect with Daniel 7 and reveal to us the actual dominion of this Satan in the flesh.  They give us another set of clues which will validate that this horn of Daniel 7 is the 8th beast of Revelation 13; and that he is none other than Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi of ISIS.

Exhibit 2:   THE BEAST OF REVELATION 13

¹¹ And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. ¹² And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.

First, it needs to be pointed out this beast coming up out of the earth exercises all the power of the first beast before him.  The first three horsemen of the apocalypse were all members of the first beast before him, so this verse further verifies this Pale Horse is Satan in the Flesh.  As you just read in Revelation 6:8 this beast (Pale Horse) has the combined powers of the previous horsemen.  The previous horsemen were members of the first jihad, which was the first period of Muslim conquest.  This, along with the following evidence, verifies we have the right guy.

This beast coming up out of the earth is unique because every square inch of inhabitable Earth is now claimed by one country or another.  To have a nation rise up out of the earth is a rare thing,  especially if you take into consideration the fact that the countries of Syria and Iraq still existed even though they controlled much less territory with ISIS setting up shop in the midst of them.  Still, this is precisely what we saw with ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq and Syria) and Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.  There were now three countries where there once were two.  ISIL or ISIS came up out of them.  This verse aligns perfectly with Daniel 7:8.  It states that as he considered the ten horns, a little horn came up among them.  He had two horns like a lamb means that the territory he came up from was the land that was formerly held by two leaders or horns as we previously described.  Since these horns are like a lamb, it means that the earth this beast will come up out of is taken from two weak leaders. The two horns that Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi and ISIS rose up from are:

1. Bashar al Assad of Syria (Assad’s Syria was in a civil war and weak as in “horns like a lamb”)
2. Nouri al-Maliki of Iraq (Maliki was the leader of a split government at odds with itself)

The first beast before him is speaking of the Islamic conquests before his domain.  These empires were Islamic and thus ruled by Sharia law as given by its founder Mohamed.  These beasts survived until 1924 when Turkey abolished the position of Khalifa, the highest rank of power in Islam.  It was the “wound to the head (leader position) of the beast that verse 12 mentions.  Abu-Bakr al-Baghdadi forced everyone in his dominion to live by a very rigid form of Sharia law as given by Mohamed.  He made it known to the world that he is practicing Islam exactly as Mohamed practiced it.  In this way, he is making an exact copy or image of the first beast that was before him.  He also could be considered to be exercising all the power of the first beast before him.

Exhibit 3:     REMOVAL OF THE JIZYA TAX

And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

As explained earlier, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is now Khalifa of Islam.  We also explained to you that the translation of the Arabic word Caliph or Khalifa is a replacement or substitute for.  So to a Muslim, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was Allah’s (Satan’s) replacement or substitute on earth.  Every Muslim must pledge allegiance to him and do exactly as he says, so he has the power to bring back the image of the beast which means he will do everything just as Mohamed did and just as the Quran teaches.

However, there is one practice this Khalifa is not doing that distinguishes Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi from the other Khalifahs and indisputably proves that he is the Man of Sin.  The tradition that sets him apart is the jizya tax of which this verse speaks.  In the past, the people of the lands that Muslims conquered were forced to become a Muslim or die, unless another Muslim wanted them as a slave.  However, Christians and Jews were allowed to live, (Revelation 9:4) but they had to pay a hefty tax, called a jizya tax to their Muslim conquerors.  It allowed them to live but essentially left them with a life of slavery.  This was the Muslim practice ever since the early Caliphs.

Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi changed this practice.  He took away this jizya tax.  He forced ALL people, including Christians and Jews, to convert to Islam or die.  No longer do they have the option of paying a tax and being allowed to live and worship the God of the Christians and Jews.  Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi forced all people, including Christians, Jews, and Muslims, to pledge allegiance to him under the penalty of death just as this verse tells us.

There have been multiple reports of ISIS fighters escaping ISIS and al-Baghdadi because they could not stomach all the killing and because they thought it wrong for him to be killing other Muslims.  It is not difficult to see how non-Muslims must have suffered under the rule of previous Muslim rulers.  Here again, we have another example of how precisely our Lord has warned us of the things to come.

Exhibit 4:    ASSYRIAN & THE KING OF BABYLON

The only two names given to the Man of Sin that are geographical are The Assyrian and the King of Babylon.  Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was born in Sammara, Iraq.  Iraq is the old Babylonian Empire, and Sammara is located in the small geographical area of the original ancient Assyrian Empire as it existed between 1600 and 1800 B.C.  So Abu-Bakr not only was born in the common area of the old Assyrian and Babylonian empires, but it is also the same area he rules.  As a side note and just for your information, Abu-Bakr is a Sunni Moslem, but it is the Shiite Muslims that believe the 12th Imam or last leader of Islam will come out of the city of Sammara, Iraq.  This is an Islamic prophecy that is actually correct even though you will have a difficult time finding a Muslim that will agree.  The map in chapter 5 of the Assyrian Empire shows the birthplace location of al-Baghdadi .  This demonstrates how precisely these two names apply to al-Baghdadi.

Exhibit 5:     THE BIBLE CALLS HIM BY NAME!

And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.

The name given to Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi by those in the Middle East and Muslims all over the world is the Arabic word “Da’esh,” meaning the destroyer.  Here are the definitions in Hebrew, Greek, and Arabic:

• Abaddon of Hebrew origin (abaddown) a destroying Angel
• Apollyon of Greek origin, active participle of (apollumi); a destroyer (i.e. Satan)
• “Da’esh” Arabic meaning to trample down or crush. (i.e. to destroy)

As mentioned earlier, the Pale Horse is given the power of all the previous riders.  He was given the power to kill with the sword, with hunger, with death and with all the beasts of the earth. We witnessed him using each one of these powers.  The number of atrocious acts he committed is still not known, and we probably will never find out.  He committed mass genocide multiple times, and mass graves are still being discovered.  There can be no doubt that Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was living down to his reputation.  He was an evil man, this Satan in the flesh, Man of Sin, the Destroyer.

Exhibit 6:        THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE UNDER HIS RULE

There is one more power he was given that the other ones did not have. He was given power over a fourth part of the earth.  Many commentaries have interpreted this as saying he will kill a quarter of the people on earth, but that is not what this means.  As we noted earlier, to be given power is evil that God is allowing.  What this is saying is that he will be allowed to rule over one-quarter of the earth.  If you go to the internet right now and type in “What percentage of the Earth’s population is Muslim;” the range of answers you will receive is 23%, 24%, 25% and “one out of every four people on earth is Muslim.”  The 23% figure is from a 2009 census.  It is almost for certain our Lord was speaking to Muslims as a whole because as you learned earlier, Muslims consider themselves to all be part of one community or Umah.  It’s a very clear sign that Christ will return VERY soon.  God is only allowing him power over one-fourth of the earth, and according to this verse, he will not be allowed to exceed it.  If one takes into consideration the current rate that Muslims are multiplying and the current rate they are killing everyone else, (and that’s not taking into account those that convert to Islam) it will not be very long before the percentage of Muslims goes up again. Muslims are allowed four wives, so their families are much larger than families of any other group.  Remember, Osama Bin Laden had 54 siblings.

Exhibit 7:   KILL WITH THE BEASTS OF THE EARTH

There is one more part of this verse that we should not ignore.  He is given the power to kill with the beasts of the earth.  Beasts of the earth are not wild animals as some believe.  The previous King of Babylon in Daniel 4 was forced to dwell with the beasts of the field, which refers to animals literally.  When used figuratively, a beast in the Bible is a man without the love of God in his heart.  Wild animals kill for food, but as we have seen in the previous verses, these beasts kill for their god, Allah.  Remember, John 16:2 says, “yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.”

The beasts of the earth are the lone wolves (interesting that we have given them that name isn’t it?) and terrorist groups that kill because their hearts are full of hate and they have sold their souls to the devil.

And they worshiped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshiped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?

These beasts of the earth are given the power to kill also.  It should be very obvious to everyone alive today. We witnessed Abu Akbar command Muslims in other countries to kill people in law enforcement and the military as well as Jews and Christians.

Exhibit 8:    BY PEACE SHALL DESTROY MANY

And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.

When first reading this verse it appears to address this 4th rider, the rider of the pale horse.  While this may indeed be the case, it also can be said to address Islam as a whole; from its very beginning up to the present.  In everyplace this verse uses “he” as in the Man of Sin, the pale horse Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi; one could insert “Islam” and the statement would remain true.  The paragraph to follow is written with the subject “he” being Abu Bakr, but please feel free to interpret it as being Islam also.

He uses craft (deception) to succeed and by peace shall destroy many.  We’re told time, and time and time again that Muslims are peaceful and that Islam means peace.  This is total deception (he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand) because Islam does not mean peace; it means to submit. This verse is true as can be when it says by peace (he) shall destroy many.  As explained earlier, it is the Muslim quest for peace that causes them to war, terrorize, and murder people.  They believe all those that will not submit to Allah want war.  In other words, if you will not submit to Allah, you are against peace.  If you wanted peace, you would submit to Allah.  At least 109 times the Quran commands Muslims to conduct violence against and kill those who do not submit to Allah and the prophet.  Once again one can see just how opposite Islam is to Christianity.  When a person (even a Muslim) accepts Christ as savior, he receives the love of Christ in his heart and with it comes a true peace that no one can ever take away from him.  Islam, on the other hand, teaches a Muslim is superior to all others, especially Jews.  It is this teaching of superiority that leads to arrogance (he shall magnify himself in his heart) that leads to hatred.  It is this hatred that causes Muslims to do all the evil we see being perpetrated on others and especially Jews.  Allah has 99 names, and one of them is “the loving one,” but he only has a love for his slaves and no one else.  There are yet two more important prophecies in this verse:

Exhibit 9:   HE SHALL STAND UP AGAINST THE PRINCE OF PRINCES

He will go up against the Prince of princes, which is the Lord Jesus Christ, the very Son of God, who Islam denies exists.  When you behead, crucify, kill, and make war with the disciples of Jesus Christ, the Bible teaches it is the same as making war with Christ.  This is precisely what Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi did by killing Christians that would not submit to him and convert to Islam.  This is neither an advisable or intelligent thing to do, but this type of behavior is often displayed by those who have sold their souls to the devil, who incidentally was the very first one that believed himself to be Allahu Akbar. (The most high)

Exhibit 10:     HE SHALL BE BROKEN WITHOUT HAND

It means he and his fellow Muslims will not be defeated by the military force of any one country.  They will be defeated by the Word of God, Jesus Christ, with the breath of His mouth.  That may seem like weak evidence because this is still a future event, but haven’t you thought it odd that the followers of Islam, which have been killing and committing terrorist acts in so many different countries has yet to bring down the total wrath of the world upon itself and its deceived followers?  When it comes to the total number of murders and the committing of heinous crimes, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi made Osama Bin Laden look like a bumbling novice.  Yet the number of people killed by all these modern terrorists is almost nothing when compared to the number of people killed by Islam over the centuries.  This problem can only and will only be handled by the King of kings and Lord of lord’s Jesus Christ.

To offer a little more proof on this matter; in November of 2014, it was reported that Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was killed in an American airstrike on the town of al-Qaim on the Syrian border.  He was not seen for months and presumed dead.  Then on May 28th, 2017, the Russians reported with almost 100% surety that they had killed him in an airstrike.  Once again he has resurfaced in a voice recording talking about current day events.  Even while he was losing his territory and his army scattered, he somehow managed to escape, and nobody knew where he was.  However, like all people of the Earth that do not know Christ as Savior and Lord, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi will not be able to escape the wrath of God.

There are even more reasons why Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is the Man of Sin and Satan in the Flesh.  He is the one that almost all of Christendom refers to as the antichrist.  Christendom has been expecting him, yet they completely missed him.  They did not see him because they are looking for someone that fits the descriptions given by men, and not the descriptions written in the Word of God.  You will see even more proof of his identity in the coming chapters.  Our Lord furnished us with more than enough information to identify this Man of Sin and his evil religion, yet there are very few that have been aware of this throughout the almost 1400 years of Islamic History.

SUMMARY OF THESE 4 HORSEMEN

In these first eight verses of Revelation 6, we have four horses whose riders we have just identified.  As was mentioned earlier, the number 4 in Scripture can be broken down into 3 and 1.  There are four gospel accounts of Jesus’ life and ministry. Each of these emphasizes a unique aspect of his sacrifice and ministry.  Matthew’s focus is on Christ being the son of David and a King.  Mark highlights the suffering servant aspect of his ministry.  Luke showcases him as the Perfect Man, but John proclaims Jesus is the One and only begotten Son of God.

A similarity can be seen in these four horsemen. The first three horsemen all reigned one right after the other, and each was given specific powers.  Then we skip ahead 1395 years to the last one who has the combined powers of the first three and is Satan in the Flesh.  This is much the same as the kingdoms in Nebuchadnezzar’s dream.  The first three kingdoms were evil and followed one right after the other.  Then a long interval of time goes by until the fourth kingdom appears, which is more evil than the first three put together.

It can be shown that these four horsemen, which represent the entire history of Islam, are Anti-Christ by comparing the aspects of each one of these riders with Christ.

• Rider 1: White, the color of purity: Mohamed is believed by Muslims to be the perfect man, but turned out to be a killer.  But only Christ is the Son of God, who is perfect in all His ways, our Lord and Savior.
• Rider 2: Red is the color of blood and war: Abu Bakr was given power to take peace from the earth. …Christ brings peace to earth and goodwill towards men.
• Rider 3: Black is the color of famine: Umar ibn al-Khattab brought famine of food and the Word of God ….  Christ is the bread of life, the living water and the Word of God.
• Rider 4: Pale is the color of death: Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is death, with hell accompanying him as well as all those that would follow in his way and believe his lies. ……..   Christ is the way, the truth, and the life.

We have now seen the first four seals opened and as you can see they cover a timeline of almost 1,400 years.  These four horsemen have and continue to spew havoc all over the earth.  They were and are a warning to everyone that dwells on the earth, and they testify as to how cruel and evil man is when he is left to his own devices and has not the love of God in his heart.  To conclude these first eight verses of Revelation 6, here is a brief essay of some of the lessons we could take from these four horsemen that Jesus warned us were coming almost 600 years in advance. These Four Horsemen and the religion they forced on people were evil as can be, but there are many lessons to be learned by studying them.

The 7 Feasts of the Lord found in Leviticus 23 spell out God’s plan of salvation for all mankind.  By contrast, the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse spell out the path of destruction and death. (This is why God calls them and all those that deny Him His rightful place destroyers.)

Rider 1: The White Horse: Mohamed, the rider of the white horse, was given a crown.  He did nothing to deserve a crown.  Mohamed created his own religion.  He did it by robbing and stealing from caravans and by raping and murdering their occupants.  He promised to share and split all booty with those men that aided him in his crimes.  When men of other tribes saw all the riches and women Mohamed and his followers were gathering; they were quick to join in and adopt his new man-made religion.  This is how Mohamed’s Islam grew so fast, and this is still what it practices today.  He took a crown (praise and power) he did not deserve and made himself a king and a god.  Instead of keeping God’s laws, He made laws as they benefited him.  It is this type of behavior that will bring forth the 2nd horse of the apocalypse.

Rider 2: The Red Horse: Abu-Bakr, the rider of the red horse, was given the power to take peace from the earth. Thus he is the rider of division, lies, anger, violence, hate, murder, war and bloodshed. They are truly what Abu-Bakr and Islam have bestowed on the earth.  The outcome one would expect when man takes praise and power that does not belong to him; praise and power that belongs to God.  This leads to the darkness portrayed by the 3rd horse.

Rider 3: The Black Horse: Umar ibn al-Khattab the rider of the black horse, did not have the military strength to defeat the walls of Jerusalem, so they laid siege to the city and starved the occupants of the city.  He brought hunger, famine, disease, and death upon others to get the riches and power he desired.  The suffering he brought upon others did not matter to him.  His evil was only surpassed by the 4th and final horse.

Rider 4: The Pale Horse: Abu-Bakr al-Baghdadi, the rider of the pale horse, is the final product of the previous three.  He is Death & Destruction.  Only those that take a pledge to him are worthy of living.  He is a god unto himself, determining who should be allowed to live and how they should live that life he has allowed.  Everything and everyone that is contrary to him and does not live their life the way he desires is either killed or destroyed.

Death and destruction are what Satan, Islam, and all those that would deny God His rightful place have brought upon this world.  Man without God is nothing but a beast.  He becomes so great in his mind that everything must yield to him. Only he is right, and anything that differs must cease to exist.  He does not realize that if the Love of God does not rule your heart, the lies of Satan will.

It is taught there are five pillars that form the framework of Muslim Life.  While this may be the case, one should also pay attention to the 5 D’s these Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse reveal to us.

1. The White Horse tells us of the DOMINION of this antichrist Islam.
2. The Red Horse speaks to the DESTRUCTION Islam brings.
3. The Black Horse reveals the DEPRIVATION Islam brings.
4. The Pale Horse warns of the DEATH this evil religion brings.
5. The Pale Horse is Hell, which is the DESTINATION of all who look to Islam for their salvation.

Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

This is the outcome a man or a nation can look forward to when they don’t give the Lord the praise and honor that are rightfully His. Not only are these things happening in the Middle East right now, but they are also happening all over the world and even in the U.S., yet Christendom has practically no clue of any of this.  Christendom does not understand the Parable (Prophecy) of the Ten Virgins was concerning and written to the Christian of today.  Matthew 25:5 says, “While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.”  Christendom is in a deep sleep.  Unfortunately, when it awakens, it will not be ready, nor will it know what is happening until it is too late.

The Fifth and Sixth Seals Opened

This Fifth seal opens after the time the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse is over.  This date is determined by solving the hour, day, month, and year prophecy found in Revelation 9:15.  It is the length of time Islam was prepared for to slay the third part of men.  The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse are the very same four angels that were bound in the great river Euphrates.  They were bound during the warning period of the first five warning trumpets which sounded during the space of time from the writing of Revelation to the emergence of Mohamed and Islam.  When man did not heed our Lord’s warnings to repent and turn to the Lord Jesus Christ, these Four Horsemen were released as a plague on the world, as stated in Revelation 9:20.  As a result of this plague called Islam, the third part of all men would be killed by it.  This period correlates to the Islamic “Hijra,” which had its beginnings on the day that Mohamed escaped from those in Mecca that wanted to kill him and his followers.  It was on September 20th, 622 A.D. when he came to Quba in Arabia and purchased the land to build the first Islamic Mosque.  The 1,395 years and 15-day period for which these horsemen were prepared, ended on October 5, 2017.  This was likely the date when Abu Bakr al Baghdadi of ISIS was forced to flee his kingdom which was under attack and losing ground fast.  The solution to this prophecy lands right on our Lords Feast of Tabernacles.  In other words, this prophecy begins on the first day of Modern Islam and the first Islamic Mosque (Tabernacle) and ends on a rehearsal Feast of the Lord, the Feast of Tabernacles.  (This is illustrated in chapter 9 on Rev. 9)  This leaves but one more timed prophecy to be fulfilled before our Lord returns during the Fall Feast Season that God’s chosen people have been rehearsing for 3500 years.  Understanding these feasts is extremely important, so they will be further explained in chapter 13, The REAL Feasts of the Lord.

⁹ And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held: ¹⁰ And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? ¹¹ And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellow-servants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.

“And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:” The Fourth Seal was the Pale Horse which represented the reincarnated King of Babylon and the Babylonian Empire cast out of the bottomless pit.  The Fifth Seal opens when the reincarnated King of Babylon (ISIS) no longer has power over and is no longer crucifying the saints of the Most High.  We know this because the Bible states that John saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and the testimony which they held.  While it’s possible this could take in all them that had been slain for the Word of God in times long past, most likely these souls would be the ones that were recently killed by the Pale Horse and not the Muslim Horsemen of centuries past who were responsible for the deaths of millions.  This is further substantiated because it is souls of them that were slain for the testimony which they held.  The held infers they were induced to give up this testimony and bow down to the image of the beast, but their allegiance was to Jesus Christ.  Remember, under the previous leaders of Islam, the Jews and Christians were protected by our Lord and allowed to live by paying the jizya tax.  Under the Pale Horse, this option was removed, and they crucified them if they refused to betray Christ by pledging allegiance to the Khalifa and making Allah their God.

“And they cried with a loud voice, saying, how long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?”  Those who were martyred are now asking our Lord how long it will be before He carries out judgment on those who killed them.  They do not ask because they were looking for vengeance on those that shed their blood, but because they were anxious and knew the time of their redemption was very near.  Our Lord’s response is extremely important because it introduces a new prophecy and gives us a crucial clue as to the time of His return.  As will be shown later in this book, our Lords judgment on those that dwell on the earth will be carried out during the Fall Feasts of the Lord which begin on Tishri 1 on the Hebrew calendar, which is God’s Calendar.  When combined with a few other verses which speak of the same period, we can glean valuable information that should not be ignored by any that are watching for His return.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The commentary to follow has much to do with the reveling of the date of the Rapture of His saints.  In chapter 13 of this book, you will learn how the Feasts of the Lord reveal the indisputable month, day, and hour of our Lord’s return, but not the year.  Our Lord makes known the year of His return to us by allowing us to understand the prophecies He has given us and then watching as they unfold. Also, a second witness as to the year of our Lord’s return is given by prophecy in the 1335 day prophecy of Daniel 12.

The interpretation of the Four Horsemen was not only difficult to see because it took place over such a long duration of time, but it was impossible to see because our Lord sealed it until the appropriate day for it to be opened.   At this point, almost all of the Bible Prophecy before the date of the Rapture has happened, so it is not that difficult to know if an interpretation false or correct.  All one has to do is look at history and see if that is truly what happened because the Word of God will always be right.  However, the next prophecy is in the future, (very near future) and one it could be interpreted in a number of ways.  We will discuss these possibilities and present a preferred interpretation in chapter 17.  However, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND you finish reading and researching the information in the remaining chapters.  It would then be wise to begin observing the Feasts of the Lord if you are not doing so already.  By honoring these rehearsal feasts (appointed times) and by doing the things He commanded us to do, you will never be caught off guard, and you will not be counted in with the five foolish virgins.  These things may not seem right to you because of your exposure to an endless repetition of “nobody can know the day or the hour of our Lords return.” Please be patient and keep reading because there is a lot of indisputable evidence to prove the doctrine taught and believed by Christendom today regarding the Rapture and the Second Coming of our Lord Jesus Christ is wrong.

Is This The 64 Million Dollar Question?

“And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season.”  Those the Muslims killed because of their testimony are given white robes and told they should rest for a little season.  The 64 million dollar question would seem to be, “what length of time is this little season?”  It is not an easy thing to know, but it’s a very crucial piece of information that we must endeavor to find out.  It is important to know for multiple reasons.

• First and foremost, it’s in the Word of God so we should endeavor to know it.  There is a reason why He gave us this information in the way that He did, and it was not because He wanted it ignored!  Bible Prophecy was not only written to pastors, ministers, and seminary students; it is for all believers, and all believers should pay attention to it because it is in the Word of God.
• Second, He wants us to know it.   Our Lord told us twice in John 14, “Let not your heart be troubled.”  He also  informed us in John 16:13, the Holy Spirit would show us “things to come.”   He knows our knowing the “things to come” would help to put our mind at ease.  It strengthens our faith in him by reminding us the One who stated this is the One that knows the end from the beginning.  It assures us our trust is well placed because it is placed in the One who is completely in charge, the One whose word is as good as done.
• Third, there is a promised blessing given to all those that read and understand Bible Prophecy. Revelation 1:3 states: “Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.” It does not say this because He does not want us to read and study Bible Prophecy.  In fact, hear the words of this prophecy has to do with understanding the prophecy.  To get the blessing, you must both understand and keep those things which are written therein.  Is this not our Lord encouraging us to read and understand His prophecy?
• It is especially important to understand what this verse is saying because knowing the length of this little season would reveal the year in which our Lord is going to Rapture His saints and judge those that are left behind.  This is not up for debate because both Daniel and Revelation provide us with three witnesses to this.  These verses tell us the Man of Sin will rule 3½ years and that it is only a little season His saints will need to wait before He comes for them.  Verses found in Daniel 7, Revelation 11 and Revelation 17 bear further witness to this.

²⁵ And he (little horn, Man of Sin) shall speak great words against the Most High, and shall wear out the saints of the Most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. ²⁶ But the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy it unto the end.

First, notice that it says the saints of the Most High shall be given into his hand.  That describes what happened precisely as Muslims who had been close friends with Christians for many years now turned on them and delivered them to their Muslim overlords.  Al-Baghdadi and His Muslim followers then put them to death in horrible ways, with many of the Christians crucified just as their Lord Jesus Christ.  Crucifixion was Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi showing his hatred for the saints of the Lord.  It was his way of mocking Christ by saying to the saints, “If you won’t bow to me and live, then die like your savior.”

This scripture tells us the Man of Sin, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi of ISIS will have power over the saints of the Most High for a time, (1 year) times, (2 years) and the dividing of time which is ½ year. This prophecy is stated differently than the time, times, and half a time prophecies, but it’s in complete agreement with what we see in Revelation 6, Revelation 12, and what we will be looking at in Revelation 11 with the two 3½ day prophecies. .

This time and times and the dividing of time prophecy is quite accurate.  Abu Bakr was exercising his power over the saints of the Most High before being anointed Caliph of Islam on July 29^th of 2014 and was forced into exile from his domain sometime in October of 2017.  The media did not document the exact date of this departure because he secretly fled his kingdom to avoid being captured.  However, the time he acquired power over the saints of the Most High began before he became Caliph and ended before he fled his domain.  The exact timing of this prophecy will be revealed to you in the commentary on Revelation 11.

“To consume and to destroy it unto the end” is the same length of time covered by the little season of Revelation 6:11.  The problem is that this also shows this to be a time of indefinite duration, so while this verse does confirm Revelation 6:11, it does not help in determining the amount of time this little season is.

⁷ And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them. ⁸ And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified. ⁹ And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves. ¹⁰ And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth. ¹¹ And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them. ¹² And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.

Revelation 11 is a historical accounting of God’s two witnesses, but these two witnesses are many more than just two witnesses, as you will find out shortly. The bodies of these crucified witnesses were left to lie in the street for 3½ days, which in Bible Prophecy time is 3½ years.  That is not saying that each body will lie in the street for 3½ years, but that the practice of leaving their dead bodies lie in the streets will go on for 3½ years.  This 3½ day (year) period is not followed by a second 3½ day (year) period, as stated in verse 11.  It says, “And after three days and a half;” as in sometime after the 3½ day (year) prophecy of verse 9, “the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet.  And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither.”  The Come up hither is, of course, referring to the rapture of His saints, and once again, there is no hint as to exactly how long after this second 3½ days (years) the rapture will happen.  It is after the first 3½ (years) when the crucifixions stop, the opening of the 5^th Seal occurs, and the little season begins. (The chapter on Revelation 11 explains this further.)

The reason why the ISIS Muslims abandoned their practice of leaving the dead bodies lie in the streets is because after the 3½ years are over, they are no longer in control of the streets.  Abu Bakr has now relinquished his title and went into hiding. He is no longer in a position to control what occurs in the domain he ruled for 3½ years.

However, we are still no closer in our search for the length of time indicated by a little season. So let’s skip ahead to Revelation 17 where we find another verse that speaks of this same period when Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi loses his kingdom and is forced into hiding.

And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.

As you learned in the previous chapter, perdition means to destroy, but not with complete destruction. Once again, this verse confirms that ISIS will be destroyed, but not totally, and will still be around at the time of our Lord’s return.  Abu Bakr has fled his domain which covered the same land area ruled by the ancient King of Babylon.  He lost his Caliphate and committed suicide when cornered by American troops on October 27^th, 2019, but his terrorist group ISIS is still alive and well. It continues to plan and carry out the killing of innocent people.  The Caliphate of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is gone, but numerous strikes and numerous reports have declared that ISIS is anything but destroyed.  In the land area al-Baghdadi once controlled there are somewhere between 15 and 25 thousand fighters that remained in the area by blending into the surrounding populations.  They could still re-emerge as a fighting force in a very short length of time. ISIS has gone into perdition, just as the Bible stated it would 2500 years ago in the book of Daniel, and 1900 years ago in the Revelation of Jesus Christ.

It is this point in time we are at right now.  We are currently living in the time of the little season, which is the last segment of time that leads up to the return of our Lord Jesus Christ.  However, we are still no closer to finding out the length of time meant by this little season, so let’s see if we can’t further clarify it.

Determining the length of a Season

The word season has many different uses and meanings throughout the Bible.  It will have different meanings depending upon what other words are used with it and the context of the scripture.  For example, when used with the word due as in due season, it refers to an appointed time.  A season can be referring to a designated time of year, or it can be referring to the Feasts of the Lord. It can even reference an unspecified duration of time as seems to be the case here.  Six months could be a season, and six hundred years can be a season.

However, in this case, we are speaking about a segment of time, which is probably not very long as it uses the word little to describe it’s duration.  It’s a strange way to describe a segment of time as we would probably describe a length of time as being either short or long.  Also, according to the Jamieson, Fausset, Brown Bible Commentary, the word little did not appear in the oldest manuscript they were using as a reference for their commentary.

When searching the scriptures, we find that a long season could be defined as 40 years as this was the amount of time the Israelites roamed the desert before going into the Promised Land.  But we also have a verse in Luke which would define a long season as being at most 3½ years.  Here are the two vastly contrasting examples that demonstrate this.

And when they cried unto the LORD, he put darkness between you and the Egyptians, and brought the sea upon them, and covered them; and your eyes have seen what I have done in Egypt: and ye dwelt in the wilderness a long season. (40 years)

Luke 23:8 (KJV)
And when Herod saw Jesus, he was exceeding glad: for he was desirous to see him of a long season, because he had heard many things of him; and he hoped to have seen some miracle done by him. (Christ’s entire ministry was only 3½ years, so this long season could not be more than 3½ years.)

As you can see, a long season can be said to have very broad interpretations when it comes to time.  So is there any way that anyone can ever hope to find a solution to the little season?  As it just so happens, there is a way to solve this dilemma and feel quite comfortable with the answer it conveys.

My experience has been that many times while reading the Word of God there are things you don’t understand and you have questions, just like the one we are asking now; “How long is a little season?”  To find an answer, quite often you have to do some praying and sometimes you have to do some digging.  At other times all you have to do is continue reading as the answer is starring you right in the face.

It is very important to keep in mind our Lord told us this last King of Babylon would go into perdition.  He and his kingdom would be destroyed, but not completely. It just so happens there is an offshoot of ISIS known as ISIS-K or ISIS Khorasan. They joined ISIS right after al-Baghdadi established his Caliphate. They are mostly made up of Muslims from Afghanistan and Pakistan and the surrounding region, but they are not part of the Taliban. This group is carrying on the agenda of al-Baghdadi as they continue to plan and attack and kill anyone that does not follow their beliefs. Yes, when they encounter Christians they do not hesitate in killing them. It is my belief that this is exactly what our Lord was informing us of when He used the word perdition.

When anyone reads this verse they will focus on the little season, which is a very general time that cannot be defined. It is the “until their fellow-servants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled” that reveals the length of time we should be looking at.

I was not aware of this ISIS-K until late August and early September of 2021 when the president of the United States completely flubbed the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan. Not only  did he leave a large number of Americans stranded, and at the mercy of a religion that knows no mercy, but he left a lot of Afghani Christians stranded and knowing that it would only be a matter of time before ISIS-K would find them and kill them.

When you combine this information with the 1335 day prophecy of Daniel 12 and the understanding of the “Feasts of the Lord,” and the Parable of the 10 Virgins, you will know the exact year, month, day, and hour you should be aware of our Lords return for you.

The Sixth Seal Opened

And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;

The remaining verses in this chapter deal with the future, the Rapture of His saints, and The Great and Terrible Day of the Lord.  That can be stated with certainty because they read very much like other scriptures describing the Sign of the Son of Man and the Rapture of His saints.  You can find a description of these same events in many scriptures including Matthew 24 and Revelation 11.  Both of these chapters are covered in depth later in this book, so we will only touch on them now.

“And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake.”  The sixth seal opening and there is a great earthquake could be symbolic, or it could be literal, or it most certainly could be and probably is both.  The reason for this is the things described in this verse, and the ones that follow are all descriptions of what will happen on the day of the Rapture of His Saints.  In other words, the Sixth Seal will open on the Feast of Trumpets, which is the day of the new moon.  It is the day of the Rapture of His saints as appointed by our Lord. The great earthquake is caused by both the trembling of the Earth and the trembling of the population of the earth when the Sign of the Son of Man appears in the eastern sky.  The detail regarding the Rapture and the Sign of the Son of Man is revealed later in the book, and the importance of your reading and understanding cannot be overstated.  (If you do not understand anything else in this book, make sure you read and understand the chapters regarding Matthew 24 and 25 as well as chapter 18 – The Warning to the Church of Laodicea)

For now, we will abbreviate the Sign of the Son of Man by telling you it is the turning of night into day, which is what our Lord does in both a figurative and literal way.  The Rapture will take place in the dark of the night while many are sleeping.  The Sign of the Son of Man is precisely what happens every morning when the sunrises, except, in this case, it will occur during the midnight hour.  When it becomes brighter than noonday bright in the middle of the night, it will be extremely frightening to all those left behind.  The ones left behind will include Christians who had no idea as to when the master of the House would return.  In fact, Christendom has been so misinformed they have no idea what our Lord commanded them to do when the Rapture occurs, and because of this, they will be left behind.  (This will be explained in greater detail in the commentary regarding the Parable of the Ten Virgins of Matthew 25.)

“And the sun became black as sackcloth of hair:” This also has both literal and figurative translations which are both accurate.  In the literal sense, the sun will be on the daylight side of the earth along with the moon because it will occur on the night of the new moon.  That means the sun will be dark, and the light on the night side of the earth will be the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ, whose brightness will be brighter than the sun.

In the figurative sense, this relates to the concept of good and evil.  Darkness is evil, and light is good.  When His saints are allowed to spread the Gospel, there is light, but when the Gospel light is not shining for any reason, there is darkness.  In this case, the rapture of His saints occurs at the very first appearance of light in the night sky. (Luke 21:28)  That leaves only the evil servants that did not know their master well enough to know when He was returning (Matthew 24:48-51) and the evil ones who did not know Him at all.  Since all the light is gone, the sun will be black as sackcloth of hair.  Except for the 144,000 of the twelve tribes of Israel, all that’s left on Earth is evil. That means the earth is now left in total darkness even though the Sun will be shining on the daylight side of the earth and the glory of our Lord will be shining 7 times brighter than the Sun on the night side of the Earth.

“And the moon:” The moon refers to all whose names not written in the book of life.  Early pagans worshiped the moon in one form or another under many different names.  That is a big no-no because our God is a jealous God, and if there is anything He hates, it’s when credit and praise that belongs to Him goes to another.  One does not have to worship the moon to be considered a moon worshiper.  Anyone that does not worship the Holy One of Israel is a moon worshiper.

“Became as blood” is referring to death.  It is speaking of the shedding of blood because this is the time of judgment; this is the time the wrath of God will be unleashed on all unbelievers and on all those that did not know when their Master would return.  The blood that’s shed will be theirs.

And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.

This verse has two possible interpretations, both of which are figurative.  Obviously, you cannot interpret this literally because the stars of heaven cannot fall to the earth, but it can seem as though they are, and this does not refer to meteors.  As we just mentioned, there will be a sunrise during the midnight hour.  When the light from the glory of our Lord starts becoming brighter in the night sky, the stars of the heavens near the horizon will begin to disappear because of the approaching brighter light. Thus the stars could be said to be falling from heaven.

However, because of what’s stated in the following verse, this most likely refers to the Rapture itself.  At the instant the Rapture occurs, the physical body of the saints (stars of heaven) will die and fall to earth.  The saints will receive their new spiritual body, and then be transported up to an altitude of 30 to 40 thousand feet where they will float as eagles in the air until being gathered by His angels and taken to the uttermost parts of the heavens.  (This also is explained in the Sign of the Son of Man in chapter 14.)

And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. 

“And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together:” This is a description of what the Rapture process will look like when viewed from the heavens.  The earth will be rotating in one direction as the left-hand side of the scroll rolling inward clockwise, and the angels coming in the opposite rotation and retrieving the saints and carrying them away will be the right-hand side of the scroll rotating counterclockwise.  (A diagram is provided in chapter 14 on Matthew 24 in the section titled the “Sign of the Son of Man.”)

“And every mountain and island were moved out of their places.”  Once again, this could have both a literal and a figurative translation and both would be true.  The mountains in scripture refer to kingdoms or empires and islands would refer to smaller nations or even individuals.  Because of the wording of the next verse, being moved out of their places would mean there is a new chain of command coming and the current world leaders will be replaced because the King of kings will be taking over the reins.  It could also or even at the same time, mean the literal mountains are moving because of the literal shaking of the earth.

¹⁵ And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; ¹⁶ And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: ¹⁷ For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

If you had any doubts about this being judgment day, this should clear it up for you.  The Rapture of His saints will take 24 hours to complete because it will occur at the rotational speed of the earth as defined by the Sign of the Son of Man. (Matthew 24:27-31)  The following day is the Day of the Lord, as described in these verses.  That explains why Paul tells us the Day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, No place in the Bible does it say the Rapture of His saints will come as a thief in the night. It only applies to the lost and those left behind because they had no idea when their Lord would be returning.  Paul is speaking about the Day of the Lord and not the Rapture of His saints.  The Day of the Lord starts immediately after the completion of the Rapture of His saints.  If you know nothing about the Feasts of the Lord, you will not correctly interpret prophecy in the Word of God.  These verses describe one of the Feasts of the Lord, and these feasts are very, very, very important!  They are threefold, and they are indeed God’s Master Plan even though most of Christendom is not even aware of them.
